National Karting Competition 2010
Entry Fee €50 per person.
The National Karting Competition will consist of a Practice session, qualifying and Grand Prix race.
The Grand Prix Race:-
Untimed Practice: consisting of 4 laps, so drivers can get a feel for the track and the karts.
Timed Qualifying: comprises of 8 laps where each is recorded and the fastest lap achieved in your group will start on pole position. Your grid position is determined by your fastest lap time.
Final: You're off ... 20 minute final. Try keep or gain your way to 1st place before the chequered flag. Winner is determined by position.
The competition will run on Saturday 16th April 2011. Sign in for this competition is 11.45 to 12.00. There will be a safety briefing form 11.45 to 12.00. If you miss the safety briefing you will not be allowed to take part in the cometition. We hope that each region will have a regional round to pick their representative. One entry from each region and if you wish to put forward a second name, depending on numbers we may be able to facilitate them.
